mAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supervise and perform the Fabrication activities in workshop and site.
Inspect and follow up tasks progress and final completion, and provide report to ensure
timely and quality
Allocate tasks to staff to ensure optimum utilization of the workshop facility and
manpower
Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for equipment repair to meet required standards and cost effectiveness.
Participate and conduct daily /weekly safety toolbox talks to discuss on safety and methods of completing job tasks
Plan the resources and material in CMMMS system and prepare 6 weekly rolling plans.
Ensuring to update the failure reporting prior to closing of work orders.
Participate in the planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul
maintenance activities.
