Find new suppliers to meet the requirements of RFQ
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain better offer and T&Cs
Estimate cost and prepare pricing sheet for each RFQ
Ensure all the quotes are submitted on time
Keep track of all enquiries and quotations received by Process Engineering Department
Keep track of all orders, Job Numbers and assist logistics in ensuring timely delivery of material.
Ensure timely collection of payment from customers
Coordinate TPI activities, if necessary
Prepare, review and submit all technical and commercial offers for end user
Gather information about customers and suppliers to develop Process Engineering Database
Prepare Purchase Orders
