CUM ADMINHR ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases

Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and employee data

Assist with employee orientation and training coordination

Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters

Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives

Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (real estate experience is a plus)

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HR software knowledge is an advantage

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

OWN VISA IS MANDATORY

Location : Abu Dhabi

Experience working in a real estate or property management company

Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
