Experience in FEED Desalination Projects
Prepare and maintain a valid overall project schedule using Primavera, MS Project etc. as appropriate.
Develop 90-day front end schedule.
Develop FEED, EPCM and EPC contract schedule, level 2 control schedule, manpower deployment schedule and histograms, equipment deployment schedule, progress s-curves, level 3 working schedule.
Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed.
Support Project Services on cost reporting by providing monthly progress updates on projects.
