•Performing visual inspections on incoming raw materials and verifying it with drawing requirements
• Operating CNC machines properly by creating cutting programs manually on the machine or by importing cutting files. • Reading and interpreting drawings
• Producing cut parts and items to meet dimensional tolerances without defects.
• Monitor quality by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, adjusting and reprogramming control.
• Awareness of different types of CNC machines (coping rolled section, pipe profiling, plate cutting) and different types of materials (carbon steel and stainless steel).
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Comply with all applicable safety procedures and policies
