Benchmarking – benchmarking the company's current salary, compensations, benefits, rewards and generate analysis within the Group and also generate a comparative statement from Local and International Standard.

Grading Structures and job evaluation – Evaluate the current structures, grades, levels and job evaluations across the group.

Designing Remunerations – Generate remuneration strategies after comparative analysis across the group and provide ideas, strategy and approach. Possibly out the box which is not existing in the group but can be considered as part of the plan.

Total Reward Strategy & Incentives- provides monetary, beneficial and developmental rewards to employees who achieve specific business goals.

Collaborate with management to support the design and administration of total rewards Programs;
Conduct salary analysis of all new and existing roles within the organization and maintain a framework;
Play a key role in creating and implementing a total rewards strategy for the organization and ensure governance and compliance;
Complete and analyze salary surveys and provide reports to the management team;
Responsible for all documentation, communication and presentations of Compensation & Benefits practices and policies;
Consistently analyze internal and external market data and provide recommendations and solutions for total rewards;
Consistently review the total rewards plan to ensure it aligns with the organizations business objectives.
