We are looking to hire Zoho developer who has atleast 2 years of experience implementing Zoho products and should have hands on experience working on Zoho Creator.
As a Zoho Developer/Consultant, you'll need to:
Implementation, customization, and administration of suite of Zoho one applications including ZOHO CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, CRM, Books.
Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues, track issues and provide periodic updates.
Work experience with Zoho Creator and developing apps using it.
Develop custom CRM features and functionalities in support of customer needs.
Can submit project portfolio.
Support to complete projects independently and successfully.
Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
