Landscape Designer (Entry Level)

Job Description : Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Designer to join our team! In this role you will get to independently performs a wide variety of conventional and moderately-complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques . What You'll Be Doing: Assist with the preparation of construction documents, plans and design studies. Follow the Design Team's application of landscape standards and guidelines. Assisting with preparation of site analysis. Identifying and escalating project and client issues in a timely manner. Study and implement the Abu Dhabi design standards and practices. Education/Experience Required: BSLA, BLA or MLA from an accredited University or College program. At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Ability to meet fast-paced project timelines. Knowledge of native plants, water-wise ornamental trees, and shrubs. Entry level technical understanding of development elements Entry level technical familiarity with processes and workflow for landscape architecture. Experience working with project teams to produce project documents. An attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino. Familiarity Revit Architecture.
