2- Consultant (5 Years Consultancy Experience is Required)
3- Senior Consultant (8 Years Consultancy Experience is Required)
4- Principal Consultant (Big 4 Experience is Required)
5- Engineers (3 Years Consultancy Experience is Required)

We are seeking for excellent talents with experience handling several projects/tracks and missions related to our three main practices:

1- Strategy & Performance Consulting
2- Data Analytics and Modelling
3- Organizational Excellence & Corporate Governance Consulting
Job Description
• Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
• Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
o Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis
o Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research
• Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
• Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes
• Support the business development activities, such as of thought papers and presentations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a respected institution
• Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
• Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA from a top institution
• PhD is a plus
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment (financial services, consumer products, Data, shared services, etc.)
• Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service
• Municipalities, licenses and Compliance experience is a plus
