SENIOR PERFORMANCE MONITORING ANALYST

Summary Responsible for developing policies, procedures and tools that measure performance for the Hospital functions, and also manages and participates in collecting and analysing data and preparing reports for management's review.Essential Responsibilities and Duties 2.Analyse corporate performance data periodically to measure corporate function's performance against set targets. 3.Conducts training and workshops on processes, procedures, tools for performance management to be utilized by departments / functions. 4.Draft and supervise the development of corrective action plans to bridge any performance divergences within corporate functions. 5.Prepares periodic corporate performance reports to ensure that members of Hospital management are aware of performance progress and any divergences. 6.Prepares performance and ad-hoc reports for government stakeholders (i.e. Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economic Planning etc.). 7.Ensures adherence to the Hospital information security policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly. 8.Follows all Hospital policies and procedures. 9.Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as applicable. 10.Performs other related duties as assigned. Education Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related discipline us required.Experience Required Three (3) years of related experience with Master's Degree, or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates) Saudi National Only.
