We are looking for a highly skilled, analytical, strategic and innovative leader to drive and scale MENA's selection program. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and planning the key components of selection, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and scope business requirements and manage any selection related workstreams. You will be given opportunities to work with senior stakeholders across the company, driving our selection goals to ensure we add selection to enhance our customer experience.
The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. You must be self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team. Key job responsibilities
. Define, scope and partner with other teams/functions to deliver key strategic initiatives for MENA's selection program
. Manage the entire program life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution by working closely with business teams and other key stakeholders in the company
. Build automated reporting to track relevant selection metrics across MENA
. Draw business recommendations based on program's data insights
. Regularly report/communicate with senior management and other business partners on decisions, risks, and status of program
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Finance)
. Advanced proficiency in SQL
. Extensive experience as a program or project manager
. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others
. Strong analytical thinking skills including the ability to solve ambiguous problems with a self directed logical and data approach
. Effective working in a cross-functional environment with business operations and product management teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. MBA/MS and 7+ years relevant experience including program and/or product management experience
. Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
. Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams while still delivering timely and accurate results
