Job TitleIT Functional AnalystReporting to / Location:Head of Product Development Unit / RiyadhKey Responsibilities1. Assist customers the details of configuring the products, testing, rollout, and post-production support2. Provide functional knowledge and and technical knowledge3. Use business knowledge to support the proposed solution4. Ability to storyboard and conceptualize products at a technical level5. Translate processes, procedures, and technology touchpoints into business requirements6. Be familiar with translating user requirements to product features7. Work with the business to test conduct user acceptance testing8. Support the deployment of the product after successful testing9. Periodic analysis of the product performance to compare previous with new product10. Able to grasp business level aspects and how they relate to the technical / functional requirements11. Cross functional responsibility to find common ground between the business and IT12. Translaterequirements into essential and non-essential requirements13. Prepare reports for management14. Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications15. Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand Business / Technical16. Manage UAT results and feedback to both the business and the technical development teamPrevious experience4-6 years work experience in a similar environmentPrevious IT implementation projects is a mustAcademic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science or equivalent. A Master's in Computer Science is an advantage.A qualification or experience with the following is an advantage (ISTQB Acceptance Testing Certification / TOGAF / SCRUM)Familiar with common programming languages such as JavaScript or C or PythonCapabilitiesAbility to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.Ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyAbility to simplify and break down a problem into easy to understand statementsHigh-level experience in methodologies and processesDemonstrated experience in IT systems / solutions / databasesHigh-level written and verbal communication skills
