Identifiesthe communication channels to deliver Human Capital (HC) massages at theorganisation, facilitates andimproves HCCommunications among to ensure employeesthat they are familiar with the organisations mission,goals, policies, and expectations.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Managesand improves existing internal HC communications reporting systems by reviewing, developingprocess, flows and data collection.
Providescollaborative guidance and advice on integrated HC communication strategies tobuild employee morale, productivity, retention, and policy compliance.
Assistsin providing guidance to stockholders on the communication strategies, andassists them with challenges such as low morale, high turnover, absenteeism,layoffs, and other difficult conversations.
Collaborates with departmentand leadership to leverage HC communication strategies, platforms, messages,feedback, and address challenges.
Develops open HC enrolmentcommunications by using a variety ofchannels email, presentations, websites, and webinars.
Ensures employees arewell-informed related to HC news & events.
Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degreein Human Resource Management, or other related discipline is required.Experience Required
One(1) year of related experience with Master's, or three (3) years withBachelor's Degree is required.
Grade 10:Three (3) years of related experience withMaster's, or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
