Manage, run and maintain the company's infrastructure services. This includes but not limited to: networks, servers, systems, storage, backup, virtualization, disaster recovery, etc.
Ensure that Group IS infrastructure & security directives, standards, practices, guidelines, processes and instructions are met in an effective and governed way.
Protection of the company's data and supporting the business to fulfill the guidelines pertaining to that in an easy & achievable way.
Users awareness, training & social media communications in area of responsibility.
Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities reporting violations. Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits & observation runs.
Infrastructure & Cyber Security crisis management.
Ensure & maintain high score KPIs.
Create solutions that balance business requirements with infrastructure, information and cyber security guidelines with local CIO.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Act as a SPOC for the local IS organization in front of the country's Cyber Security agencies.
Your background
Ideally you'll hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or, BS in Computer Engineering or a reputable IS Infrastructure and/or Security Certifications (e.g. CISM) + relevant BS degree is a plus.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
Fluent in Arabic and English languages is required.
