Operation Supervisor With IT Experience Job – Riyadh ( PHILIPINO )

Candidate must have :
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT.
- Philipino nationality most preferred.
- Good command in both English & Arabic.
- Have good time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Bachelor degree holder.
Duties :
- Monitor and analyze operation performance.
- Follow up and solve issues affecting the daily operations.
- Monitors and ensures that all the operational reports are well registered.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
