Responsibilities:

- Defining and executing the project for Dashboards, Scorecards, and Reporting Solutions across the organization.

- Having solid knowledge on software delivery processes.

- Leading the project delivery team, and reporting the status to the senior management by following PMI standards.

- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.

- Designing the business intelligence roadmap and developing standards for analytics, reports, scorecards, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.

- Making sure that the client’s requirements are gathered well and met.

- Recognizing and determining the appropriate corrective action to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope.

- Having technical experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Incorta.

- Having technical and functional experience on designing and developing the integration with - the different multiple data sources wither it is applications, databases, cloud services, and files.

- Having technical experience in the administration of Power BI, Tableau, and Incorta.

- Having solid knowledge on dealing with structured data, semi-structured, and non-structured.

- Having solid knowledge on applying the concept of data lake, and data warehouse.

- Having solid knowledge on defining the enterprise KPIs, and then reflect them on the dashboards or scorecards or the reports, by fulfilling the business requirements, and also setup the maintaining plan for those KPIs.

- Setting the technical direction for enterprise architecture on all business systems and working on difficult business challenges in coordination with other business and technology leaders.

- Being hands-on supporting the team in the delivery of the current pipeline.

- Ensuring the work is controlled and clearly defined and an appropriate pipeline is on place for the delivery of the solutions.

- Providing new innovative ideas and new operating models options to ensure the delivery of the solutions for Business Information Intelligence in a cost-effective way.

- Making sure that the technical requirements of Power BI, Tableau and Incorta met the hardware requirements.

- Assisting with stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives as well as maintaining project team collaboration.

- From 10 to 15 years of experience in leading the delivery of BI and DataMart’s projects using the agile approach.

- Having good leadership skills and communication skills.

- Speaking English very well.

Technical Skills:

- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Incorta.
