Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR officer to lead our efforts in transforming our HR into a strategic function that enhance value creation.
You must possess in depth understanding of strategic Human Resources functions, specifically talent acquisition, Performance Management, with strong experience and understanding of recruitment platforms and strategies and good exposure and connections with government and other HR & Talents development initiatives. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage, motivate and inspire people and excellent conflict resolution skills.
