CCCChief -accountant for a very prestigious company in KSA

Job responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Collect operational data and make analyses reports to forecast expenses and budgets.
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Evaluate production costs, gains & losses and month-end closing data.
Organize payroll, monthly expenses, advances and overtime work schedules.
Control and review of financial petty cash and follow-up with the financial petty cash of the sites officers weekly.
Record all the accounts related transaction in the accounting software.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5-10 years of cost accounting experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have excellent analytical skills and a sound understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with personnel at all levels of the company (English & Arabic).
Areas of Expertise: Management Accounting, Financial Statements, Financial Management, Cash Management, Assets Management, Commercial Banking, Cost Reduction, Planning & Forecasting.
