Hilti's Emirati Graduate program will give you responsibility from day one. You will be placed in one of Hilti's key departments, most relevant to your university degree, and will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by colleagues and business leaders in your field.
You will receive a structured and detailed onboarding plan to ensure that you are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department. From there, you will receive on the job training and have the opportunity to rotate throughout different job functions within your department to find the role best suited for you.
