Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Directs the activities of managers and supervisors in charge of specific functions within the Department.
3. Schedules, assigns and monitors subordinates to ensure the most effective and efficient utilization.
4. Evaluates subordinates performance and takes action to correct deficiencies and initiates disciplinary action when required.
5. Manages information and interprets financial data for the purpose of measuring Department performance.
6. Establishes the required continuous quality improvement programs and maintains regularly scheduled inspections and personal observations.
7. Formulates general policies and procedure regarding transportation services related matters.
8. Selects the equipment necessary for Transportation Services.
9. Oversees the functions of Transportation services and Maintenance programs.Education
