Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
Effectively transition supply chain providers pursuant to desired commercials & terms e.g. evaluate and negotiate with incumbent suppliers, introduce alternative/preferred suppliers.
Reviewing supplier contract and formation inc. SLA's, KPI's etc.
Responsible for contract compliance & contract register and developing and applying SCM playbook/manual processes & procedures.
Providing on boarding process within SCM systems and liaising with other gateway owners to progress i.e. Operations, QHSE and finance teams.
Leading supplier sourcing, tenders/RFQ, selection and benchmarking.
Managing platforms such as PowerBi and share point team portal.
Driving vendor savings and strategic efficiencies within the supply chain, focusing on economies of scale and scope and innovation.
Monitoring the team inbox and acting as a point of contact for general enquiries and escalations.
Monitoring, reviewing and reporting supplier performance statistics.
Delivering strategic supply chain management plans to identify and deliver value improvement (cost and service) for the client.
Providing data collection and audit assurance of compliance to KPIs.
Maintaining and supporting the master scope cost and frequency file.
Assisting operational team with communication of potential changes in the market place including statutory.
