Sr. Architect Design Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي • Prepare and analyzing architectural designs and plans • Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and codes • Researching and inquiring about different materials • Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops • Guiding the construction project from start to finish • Presenting project briefs once required • Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project • Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline • Undertaking regular site visits and inspections • Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. • Monitor the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. • Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. • Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. • Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. المهارات -Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. -Minimum 10 years posted graduate. -Senior-level Architectural experience on at least one major construction project. -An impressive portfolio and several years working as an Architect. -Excellent leadership and communication skills. -Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. -Detail-oriented and highly analytical. -In-depth understanding of CAD, Revit software. -Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة الرياض, المملكة العربية السعودية قطاع الشركة البناء والتشييد طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) الدور الوظيفي الهندسة المعمارية نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة غير محدد المرشح المفضل المستوى المهني متوسط الخبرة عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأدنى: 10 الحد الأقصى: 20 منطقة الإقامة المملكة العربية السعودية الشهادة بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي
