Your Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for the success of the project evaluation.
The PM is expected to run agile ceremonies, day to day activities and manage the delivery team, managing overall process, people and scope.
Lead complex projects or portfolio of projects driving customers digital transformations
Overseeing the development of projects and settling the standard for the quality of delivery
Anticipating and mitigating risks and challenges of the project
Leading and developing teams
Manage senior stakeholders
Your Qualifications
5 or more years experience in management or software consulting
Experience from industrial digitization projects or product development, and familiarity with IoT, cloud solutions, and machine learning modules
Experience from asset-heavy industries
Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and portfolio of projects
Able to lead juniors and large, complex projects
Able to work independently and perform in a dynamic working environment
Willingness to learn and a passion in driving change and creating success for customers
Joy in finding challenges and settling ambitious goals that drive innovation
