Your Responsibilities
Formulate and administer the strategies for the Cool Inc Purchasing administrative function
Support finance and the leadership team in controlling capital projects for every operation, sourcing concept specific needs in line with the strategic plan
Monitor the international market conditions and implement long- and short-term strategies, in line with business objectives.
To review and analyze the spend data and to develop negotiating strategies to get best product at best prices.
To utilize expert skills and experience in establishing long term business partnerships with the suppliers and develop tools to monitor the supplier performance, customer feedback.
Engage the business in preparing fit for purpose supplier and product base. Conduct regular supplier visits and prepare comprehensive report based on the site surveys.
Tracking of product compliance and performance of distributors and other logistic service provider through a scorecard system and monthly reporting.
