Should possess experience as an Operation & Maintenance Manager and the responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
1. As chemical engineer, shall be expert in Industrial Salt manufacturing process technology.
2. Liaising meeting with the Ministries and Government departments.
3. Mandatory to have experience in Industrial Salt Manufacturing process or similar projects.
4. Experienced in setting up new salt factory including other relevant facilities.
5. Developing necessary policies, procedures and processes for departmental operations such as material & procurement, construction/production, QA/QC, HSE, finance & cost control, HR, subcontracting, maintenance and logistics function to maintain efficient operational performance.
6. Oversees day to day operation processes
7. Providing guidance to the development of the business plan, including personnel
requirement, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
8. Oversees preventive maintenance plans of equipment and machinery and allocated budget for operations and maintenance ensuring adequacy and adherence.
9. Coordinating with client, consultant and subcontractors for clear identification of scope of assigned work against potential variations.
10. Approving subcontractors prequalification for direct and indirect related services
11. Developing and maintaining construction/manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle production costs and demand of new assets.
12. Preparing cost trending & forecasting analysis for project costs, recommending necessary measures, actions and methods.
13. The prospective candidate should be working in KSA with transferable Iqama.
