الوصف الوظيفي Priorities and ObjectivesEnsure SAFETY at all times. Effective interaction with the Project Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Execute Logistics tasks within schedule. Comply with Logistics Operations Plan. Ensure correct workflow sequence, throughout the project. Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the agreed integrated schedule. Maintain system for the recording and reporting of work and material and equipment movements are adhered to. Compliance with the company procedures. Ensure that HSE and QA procedures are adhered to by sub-contractors Roles and ResponsibilitySupport of respective NGH Project Site ODC Logistics related activities Liaise with the DTV based Logistics teams, Site Logistics Team and the Site Construction teams. Ensure Logistics Service Provider Compliance Attend monthly working group meetings Review ODC transport dossiers, transport drawings, stow plans, lashing designs and associated calculations. Participation in fabrication yard meetings to review loadout preparations Participation in meetings with shipowners technical representatives Participation meetings with Heavy hauliers to ensure proposed methodology is technically sound Inspect all Heavy Haulage equipment & securing materials to ensure it is fit for purpose Liaise with the Site Construction team to ensure site is ready to receive ODC cargo onto foundations and/or temporary laydown area, including availability of suitable cranes and stools Ensure ISPS compliance Liaison with Port authorities and vessel master/ship owner / vessel agent to ensure timely berthing of vessels and discharge Providing assurance to internal customers and contractors that all requirements are fully executed / fulfilled and on schedule Complying with project logistics performance targets and indicators, and subsequently maintaining records, analyzing and reporting of the respective subcontractor’s performance Coordinate with other NGHP Elements (GHE/HIDC/PWE) where activities clash or create a bottleneck at site/Port Maintain a strong HSE awareness and technical safety in Logistics. Promote safe working practice within the teams at all work sites. Provide support to subcontractors to ensure that common Logistics and contractual goals and objectives are achieved. ensure consistent application of the Air Products Logistics standards and compliance requirements across the Logistics Subcontractors Participation in investigation of Site Logistics related incidents in the execution of the project related scope Liaise compliantly and with integrity with Saudi authorities to deal with project site ODC logistics related issues Timely operational Site ODC Logistics reporting (weekly & monthly) Attend monthly progress meetings on site in NEOM when required by management. Highlight any risks to achieving timely delivery of materials and equipment. Ensure that all ODC materials & Equipment are delivered to site, ahead of the ROS date. Promote and maintain strong Teamwork and Respect with/for all parties. Maintain sound, workable inter-discipline communication and teamwork within the procurement team. Maintain a strong EPC culture within the project (appreciation and effective communication with the respective parties – Logistics, construction, projects). Ensure that the complete correct list of equipment and materials is provided for delivery planning purposes including all dimensions and weights. Ensure Logistics compliance with company IMS and procedures. Sound understanding of multi-discipline environment Support of all Project Logistics Operations Site related activities Ensure timely collection and return of stools and H Beams to Heavy Haulier by LSP Ensure Delivery notes are issued to LSP and maintain copy and register of same Coordinate deliveries with LSP Monitor and maintain SPMAT Logistics Module in regard to delivery to site. Monitor LSP’s ILMS Resolve any discrepancies with LSP, Materials Management and Construction teams Maintain a strong HSE awareness. Review daily/weekly reporting and resolve any discrepancies Prepare incident reports within required time frame for submission to & Project HSE Team Arrange Marine Warranty Discharge Surveys as instructed by Project Site ODC Lead (PSODCL) Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) when any discrepancy is observed Liaise as deemed necessary by PSODCL with other Project functions and site to ensure that company’s goals are timely and effectively achieved Handle access permit applications for subcontractors and project staff including Site related training Maintain and update KPI register Highlight any risks to achieving timely delivery of materials and equipment to PSODCL. Establish and maintain complete correct list of equipment and materials for Transportation planning purposes including all dimensions and weights. Ensure Logistics compliance with company procedures.
