General Manager

Develop annual business plan for the Unit – Monthly & Yearly to fulfill

the growth and financial return objectives of the company.

 Provide direct leadership to the team, motivate, challenge and guide

activities pertinent to quality, cost, profitability, customer satisfaction,

and continuous improvement.

 Review all MIS reports generated & variance to plan.

 Identify variances from budgeted wrt all performance KPIs and take

corrective measures to exceed the budgeted numbers.

 Monitoring as well as evaluating the competitors, plan &

implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.

 Ensure product approvals with Govt., private consultants etc for

sales.

 New product development is an important feature of the

responsibilities.

 Provide direction in the formulation, development and

implementation of company quality, production, administrative and

safety policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Law.

 Manage procurement of key raw materials & spares, consumables.

 Implementation of preventive maintenance practices & capital

equipment life enhancement programs across the unit.

 Analyze the Manpower requirements of the plant while balancing the

safety, cost, impact on operations, and protection of profitability.

 Implement high-performance culture and develop the team.

 Identify the development needs for all levels through the

performance appraisal process for all employees and implement the

developmental plan. Conduct employee appraisal, develop SMART

targets and objectives.
