- degree of Mechanical Engineer- Experience + 10 Years in QS field• Associate Degree in Mechanical field with work experience preferred.• Field documentation experience is a must.• Sound knowledge of manual and CAD draughting techniques.• BIM Knowledge is a plus• Experience in Car Parking projects is a recommended.• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, other related software.• Review DWGs and prepare quantity take-off for all mechanical systems (Plumping, Sewage, Firefighting, HVAC, etc.…).• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.• Proficiency in English is MUST.Send Your CVS In Mail Below:-[email protected]
