Sr. Procurement Engineer (Electrical).

الوصف الوظيفي -Work within an integrated procurement team across multiple projects at all stages of the procurement process. -Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment -Sourcing the most affordable materials for the companies. -Controlling the purchasing budget. -Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components, and equipment. -Delivering cost savings for the company. -Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company. -Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices. -Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate. -writing up contracts. -Having meetings with potential suppliers and asking them searching questions. -Responding to internal and external supplier inquiries. -Preparing purchase orders and subcontracts. -Managing purchase requisitions and orders. -Follow up purchase orders until they reach the project. -Reviewing the drawings and collecting the activities packages. -Good background in materials and quantity surveying. Also can issue material submittals (MAR-PQD). المهارات Competencies: -Ability to critique and understand vast amounts of data. -Developing and managing a procurement process. -Positive, confident, and friendly demeanors with a high level of integrity. -Confident in presenting to decision-makers in both public and private organizations. Key Performance Area : - Materials submittals (MAR), Tender analysis, Vendors, supplier registration, prices comparison and material submittals (MAR-PQD).
