Job Key Details:

Assist in preparing continental dishes

Required to plan and direct food preparation

Adjust the menus or create new ones that meet quality standards of the hotel

Assist in estimating food requirements as well as food or labor costs

Oversee kitchen staff’s activities

Adhere to sanitation regulations and safety standards

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Degree or Diploma in Culinary science or related field of study

Practical experience in the same role is highly desired

Should be able to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Must have be highly skilled in preparing continental dishes
