Painter Blaster EMERSON Saudi Arabia , Jubail/ Al Jubail
Blasting and Painting of control valves, actuators & Components and record in the paint log system.
Control the curing oven for the drying of the painted valves and components.
Clean and maintain paint shop equipment such as air lines, fluid lines, paint pots, paint guns and respirators and paint booths.
Clean and store empty paint containers for proper disposal.
Perform the paint inspection and record the same.
Participate in the new paint system developments and the project needs.
Coordinate with the assembly and stores leader on the blast/paint requirement.
Prompt the assembly and store leader (Kanban) when the paint load drops.
Ensure applied paint is in accordance with the Job card prior to final assembly.
Capable of assist other painters and contract people involved in masking and blasting.
Perform Safety Inspection and Safety Improvement of Work area.
Taking care of own safety as well others in the facility.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards - clean workplace.
Follow procedures as per QA manual.
Comply with all Emerson HSE policies and procedures.
Follow all safety and environment practices and report unsafe conditions, broken and/or malfunctioning equipment.
Capable to understand the MSDS & take the proper precautions.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Ensure effective leadership in HSE, leading by example and setting the direction for a successful health and safety program and creating a foundation for a positive safety culture.
Discuss Health and Safety first or at least early on the agenda of every meeting.
Ensure effective management of HSSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, incidents and Near Misses in line with the MEA Emerson HSE incident policy. Active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
Conduct all HSE training assigned to you as an employee.

Basic Qualifications
Relevant technical certificate.
Minimum 1-3years of technician level experience in valve industry.
Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Various coatings, prep work, and blasing methods knowledge is a plus.
Chemical background is preffered.
Computer skills.
