Utilizes Multiple resources (University Network, Research Institutes, Research Articles, Published Data, Market trends, etc.) to develop technical strategies and identify competencies necessary to execute the business strategy
Fully knowledgeable of the resources, patents / technical papers in order to develop robust strategies based on this and is recognized internally and externally as a source of knowledge management expertise.
Active involvement and ownership in setting the scope of collaborative agreements beyond simple NDA’s including the risk analyses, terms of confidentiality and information sharing , IP ownership and document management. for complex programs and provides guidance to other staff and functional team members.
Shows expertise in deciding which information can be shared based on confidentiality agreements / audience in order to assure protection of intellectual property and compliance at global level.
Pro-actively identifies and implements best practices in data, networking and knowledge management and uses this in depth capability to develop, set and execute T&I programs for the business strategy
Defines the requirements for broadening and transferring technical expertise to meet T&I requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Pro-actively identifies and implements best practices in order to maintain Hadeed competitive edge.
Credibility / being recognized as the expert both internally, as well as externally in Industry, Academia etc. to advocate the technical direction within our client's company
Pro-actively Assesses technical expertise requirements and and develops mitigation plans to fill the gaps
Expert analytical capability, providing intuitive analysis using the full range of scientific, engineering & analytical methodologies.
Ability to link the strategy to T&I and is able to influence stakeholders to implement the same.
Pro-actively Identifies and implements best practices in scientific methodologies and technical analysis in order to maximize value
Leads the decision making process for complex improvement & optimization projects in line with the business strategy. Provides guidance to other staff and is able to mentor others.
Defines and leads the strategy for the T&I technical communication plan.
Ability to influence stakeholders and shapes the requirements of technical communication when linked to T&I’s objectives
Decides the strategy for representation of Hadeed in appropriate external forums in order to achieve the relevant business objectives such as: building our client reputation, networking, product launches, consortium representation, regulatory presence, etc.
Ability to apply a global holistic approach with all functions to define, read, review and set up JDA, NDA, Patents, publications, etc. and communicate and manage them appropriately.
Applies advanced knowledge of T&I technical communication in order to develop robust communication strategies and is recognized internally and externally as a source of expertise.
Defines and leads the design and technical innovation within our client.
Displays expert competence in the use of ideation and innovation methodologies and is active in their further development and in promoting their effective use of within T&I and the wider our client community.
Leads the development of risk analysis, assessment and mitigation plans with regards to ideas generated and prioritizing these to define innovation strategy.
Drives innovation through seeing the big picture, identifies opportunities for technical innovation in diverse fields of importance to our client
