Responsibilities:
A. Plant Quality
Establish and monitor the Quality control plan of Production and evaluate its results
Create formulation Recipes of the Production, maintaining the quality of the products and the cost of the production
Oversees the production process to ensure that products meet Quality standards and Customer expectations.
Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
Assess and analyze F product issues and find ways to improve them.
Daily inspection to ensure quality is assured on all Production lines.
Monitors the Quality inspection all incoming Raw materials before acceptance.
B. Manpower
Employ, supervise and train Lab Technicians Evaluate Quality team performance according to KPI.
Comply with all health and safety regulations on the site.
C. Quality Management System
Oversees all QMS activities as the MR (Management Representative) of the Organization.
Maintains all reports and records of the QMS
Collaborate on improvement process that would improve the QMS.
Creates a cross-functional team to resolve Quality related complaints in a timely manner.
