• Maximize the efficiency of the plant lines by producing a schedule according to the optimum sequence and with a minimum number of plan changes which balances commercial requirements and Liase with the concerned to achieve the schedule/plan.
• Transmit the approved sales plan to the most efficient production schedule in compliance with the business requirements.
• Create and maintain all process orders through the system.
• Liase on regular basis with Production sales and provide them with a detailed production plan.
• Act pro-active on all production changes and inform all involved departments and prepare alternative solutions.
• Check/ensure the availability of raw material for the production schedule.
• Manage stock levels for finished products and ensure slow moving / redundant stocks are under control.
• Ensure proper planning of the packaging activities in order not to distrub the production process.
• Shall carry out his duties to the highest quality standards, be aware of the Company's Quality Program and shall be aware of and comply with his department's standard operating procedure and Company policies and procedure in general.
• Shall carry out his duties safely, and shall comply with all Company safety procedures, regulations and program.
