Heavy Equpment Mechanic (Crawler Crane, Rig Machines)

Job Purpose & Objectives: To work in a planned way that ensures the proper working condition of machinery at sites and workshop. Maintains and repairs a variety of equipment including diesel engines, hydraulic machinery, pumping equipment, lifting equipment and other related equipment.Duties and Responsibilities. Fully adhere to the Company’s QHSE Policy requirements throughout the duty-hours Coordinate, communicate, liaise with line management and follow his instructions Inspect and maintain all the equipment in good condition, avoid breakdowns and diagnose the reasons for failure / breakdown if any occur Plan and schedule for periodical maintenance of all machineries or follow the schedule of workshop management and record all maintenance details in Logbook of the machine Follow correct routines as laid down by Supervisor to ensure cost control and high standard of equipment is maintained Maintain machine and equipment history file and housekeeping of mechanical work are Request new spare parts, equipment & maintaining the consumption record, forecasting future requirement Ensure that all information and events on site are logged accurately and handed over to the Foreman Assist the Workshop Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman and other mechanic technicians in providing suitable solutions to problems/situations faced on site You are responsible housekeeping at your work area during and after repair and or maintenance Should have basic working knowledge of HSE procedures in common practices and report all unsafe acts and conditions Adapt and follow company’s IMS & Corporate Policies, ISO 9001:2015, ISO:2015 & iso :2018’S procedures, Company’s minimum standards, think safe principles, , rules, six critical and controls Strictly comply with company’s Code of Business Conduct Adhere with common practices and support to maintain sustainable environment Stop all unsafe acts and conditions through stop work policy of the company
