As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience and providing support in implementing CRM, CX and other key customer and employee initiatives in the store. Your duties will include: Enhance talent within the team through on-the-job training and extended assignments in coordination with the personnel partner. Enhance employee satisfaction index through employee culture and experience initiatives. Related to visual merchandising and adherence to retail points of sale and sales team schedules. . Support store staff during in-store events. . Act as the primary point of contact with the back office team. p> . Ensure that the information team obtains customer data that matches the requirements of the marketing team. . Promote the loyalty program (MUSE), ensure team members are familiar with the app's offerings, etc. Increase revenue targets for the store. . Enhance in-store sales. . Support in-store customer experience initiatives. . Provide feedback on what works and what doesn't in the store Store and provide feedback.
