A Leading KSA Holding Company Is Looking For Sr.Systems/Networks Admin

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining all Servers’ Health. Updating the log file for the service checkup of Server Room AC’s & Power Backup Systems.
• Managing Cisco Call Manager & Gateway, creating, modifying extension & providing management with the Monthly Billing Reports.
• Maintaining File Server, documenting all the changes through proper forms.
• Taking Backups and Restore and maintaining Log File through Veeam Backup Solution on premises and cloud (EMC Data Domain and Tape drives).
• Maintaining System’s security across the organization with Sophos Firewall and Endpoint protection solution.
• Managing Cisco Core, Access Switches, Wireless Access Points and HP SAN devices.
• Make sure Wireless P2P connections are up 99.9%, maintaining the log of vendor service maintenance.
• Responsible for CCTV, Fingerprint & Hikvision Face recognition and time attendance Systems.
• Supervising helpdesk system & guiding technical team in fixing issues.
• Supporting End Users, especially VIPS & Meeting Rooms.
• Documenting all the software’s licenses, maintaining K&IT Assets.
• Training and knowledge transfer to other staff, performing user’s orientations when needed.
• Effectively documents details of work performed.
• Scheduling maintenance work after office hours, not exceeding the agreed down time.
• Maintaining companies & group policies and make sure that those policies are enforced.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to participate in a team environment to achieve group/unit goals.
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities and follows through to completion.
Continuously provide line manager with enhancement plans and internal process improvements.
