Urgent requirement ( Engineer, time and motion study (planning engineer)

Must be Indian National

Must have driving License

Basic Salary : 6000 SAR

1. Technical:
Punchlist closure
Warranty defect management
O&M Trip Analysis
Maintenance practice assessments
Operation optimization assessments
Monthly invoicing to WEC and from Nomac
IT Department Maintenance includes all IT related hardwares and softwares
2. Others
Contract/Agreement Management (obligations) – Off-taker, Operator, O&M Sub-Contractor
Stakeholder Management
Insurance
Local Regulation
3. Key Accountabilities
Monitor, coordinate and ensure O&M Contractor of both power and water plant performed all the I&C related works in accordance to the O&M Agreement:
Overseeing IT department activities within the company
To supervise IT engineer and maintain IT needs of the company in the area of communication and business requirement of the company
Managing issues related to project closure with EPC Contractor on I&C Matters
Oversee the I&C warranty management between O&M Contractor and EPC Contractor
Dealing with all the Stakeholders e.g. Saudi offtaker, Environmental Authorities.
Dealing with all the shareholders e.g. Arab and Malaysian Partners
To fully understand and implement all the contractual obligations under Power and Water Purchase Agreement (PWPA), Water Purchase Agreement (WPA) & Financing Document
To provide technical input (I&C related) required pursuant to implementation of the Company’s obligations under any of the Project Agreements (that includes agreements with the Off-taker, Operator and O&M Subcontractor, and the Lenders including its Advisors).
Board Presentations and management reporting
Perform any other duties which the organization may require to be carried out.

Internal:
Executive Managing Officer, Technical Director, Finance, Corporate service
External:
EPC Contractor, O&M Contractor, Off-taker, Technical Advisor, Claims Consultant, Lenders Engineers
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree holder in Business or demonstrable equivalent
Minimum Experience:
8 years’ experience with some experience in Power / Utilities industry
Skills:
Experience of performance management and monitoring
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Technical expertise in a given area
Good planning and organising skills
Ability to take decisions and operate in ambiguity
Thorough understanding of the business value chain
Experience of working with Power Purchase Agreements
Strong O&M experience
Good understanding of Project Management
