USA Based HOTEL is looking for the Chef Artist Pastry and Cake for our restaurant on the immediate basis.
Applicant should have at least 2 to 3 years experience in F and B (pastry, confectionery, 3D / 2D cake , CAKE DECORE ) Section and should worked in well reputed restaurants or hotels.
Requirements:
Pastry Artist 2 position
Act as a mentor to the kitchen team responsible for pastries or cake decor and desserts
Run the pastry section of a kitchen.
Develop ideas for new dishes.
Well versed in 3D and 2D design and should able to prepare attractive cake
