The Main Purpose of the role:

To provide financial, clerical and administrative support.
The main areas of responsibility:

Determines amounts due by applying correct tariffs for services rendered
Verifies and records payments made by cash, cheque, credit cards
Completes and issues official receipts for all revenue received
Counts and balances amount received against the revenue receipts issued for the day
Prepare the monies received for banking
Deposit monies received in the bank daily
Maintains clean and orderly payment points in the Department
