الوصف الوظيفي DP World is a global leader in container terminal operations and a smart-trade holistic logistical solutions provider. Currently, DP World has 148 business units in 60 countries across 6 continents and employs over 60,000 people of diverse backgrounds. DP World Jeddah is managing Jeddah’s Islamic Port South Container Terminal (SCT) since 1999 and handled a container volume of over 26 million TEUs since then. SCT occupies an area of over 1.56 million sq. meters of Jeddah Islamic Port with an annual handling capacity of 2.4mn TEUs. In April 2020, DP World Jeddah signed a new concession agreement with Mawani to continue operating SCT for the next 30 years. We are currently working on an exciting terminal development and modernization project. Jeddah Islamic Port is a crucial link in the world’s busy East-West trade routes through the Red Sea and caters to a rich domestic cargo base. Jeddah Islamic Port is the main import destination for Saudi Arabia, handling 59% of its imports by sea and serving its main commercial centers and community. To fuel the next stage of our growth we’ve designed the Graduate Development Program to contribute to the career development of Saudi nationals in the community where we operate.
