Your Job
At Chalhoub we will share great experiences! As a makeup artist, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales targets by ensuring an outstanding guest experience and adhering to high professional standards. You will be responsible for providing practical makeup applications to clients and advising them on the correct makeup combinations. You will also be responsible for counter cleanliness, catering, new product launches, product offerings, and marketing.
. Develop guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
. Answering customers inquiries about products, prices, availability of products, product uses and various services.
Communicating with customers to assess their needs and providing them with assistance in meeting those needs, meeting customers expectations and even impressing them with anticipation.
Informing customers of the product ranges best suited to their needs.
Explain the uses and advantages of different brands and products. Boost sales while achieving line and sales targets by harnessing your makeup knowledge.
. Promote makeup sales during events, shows and new product launches.
. Follow-up of goals at the store level.
. Preparing daily sales reports.
. Participation in achieving incentives.
. Follow-up to achieve Ah Duff after launching new products at the store level.
. Ensure that you do monthly make-up sessions.
. Ensure that in-store marketing levels are achieved as directed by the brand.
Ensure that stores are replenished in the right shelves and at the right times.
Reporting stock shortages using the stock requisition form.
. Ensure that stock is received according to established procedures.
Advise customers about the most appropriate range of products to use.
. Conducting direct practical experiments for various cosmetic uses. Helping and guiding clients with applying make-up.
What you will need to succeed
Saudi nationality or Who is treated as a Saudi citizen
Has a high school diploma or diploma
Previous experience as a make-up artist
Customer service and sales skills
Effective communication skills
Good Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills
