Security systems supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي The Job will be through a contractor • Provide administrative support to HSE & Security team • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties • Manage and distribute HSE & Security documents • Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis • Ensure department’s filing system is maintained and up to date • Disseminating new directives/information • Process PR/GR/PO, Re-imbursements, and other procurement/finance related departmental transaction • Sets-up inter-departmental meetings • Assist in the issuance of Access Cards, IDs and Vehicle Stickers • Backup Data in weekly basis for CCTV and Access Control System • Monitor the status of CCTV & Access Control systems • Report any faulty or defective component of CCTV & Access Control and follow up • Facilitates the maintenance of equipment related to CCTV and SACS • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned المهارات Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures. Excellent management and supervisory skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
