Hall Supervisor - Captain

Roles & responsibilities
1. Perform all tasks in the Restaurants.

2. Follow-up on service procedures.
3. Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.
4. Supervise the daily operation.
5. Complete Restaurant payroll and any paperwork as it pertains to personnel and the department. i.e.
PSAs, warnings, auditor's envelopes, cover count, log, etc.
6. Ensure the cleanliness of Restaurants and guest dining area by enforcing clean-up schedules.
7. Assist in preparation of staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports and
scheduled functions.
8. Assist in a continuous training program with entire service staff.
9. Assist in performance evaluations.
10. Assist in hiring, training, supervising and disciplining the employees.
11. Utilize all computer systems relevant to the department.
12. Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of Restaurant policies and changes as
well as ways to increase sales and service.
13 Maintain a daily report with important information to be passed onto management.
14. Ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and reports any deficiencies to the proper
department.
15. assist in effective and efficient methods for setting orders properly.
16. assist in training the front server in proper selling techniques.
17. assume the role of the Restaurant Manager in his/her absence.
18. respond properly in any restaurant emergency or safety situation.
19. communicate effectively with restaurant employees and fellow managers on a daily basis

Requirements Qualification : Business Administration / hotel management or similar major -Bachelor degree or Diploma.
Experience in the same position not less than 2 years in 5+ hotels or restaurants.
Fluent in English Language.
Age not more than 30 years.
