Urgent Requirement for API Supervisor/Inspector - KSA
· Receiving material Inspection of equipment arrived at Site and ensures free of Damage with preservation check and accepted by client prior to erection.
· Ensuring equipment orientation prior to erection.
· Inspecting the Sequence of the equipment erection method.
· Prepare the documents & Reports for the Inspection.
· Bolt tightening and flange face inspection on flange Joint Inlet and outlet of the equipment.
· Pre –installation inspection.
· Conduct inspection on static equipment on leveling, centering, elevation and plumpness as per approved project specification.
· Checking the Sequence of the equipment Erection.
· Raising NCR for non-conformity found at site.
· Witness for the inspecting of Internal Tray settings and packing On Vessel
· Monitoring Equipment Preservation at Site and Lay down Yard.
· Final Box Up & Turnover Documentation Preparation for Mechanical Completion
· Receiving inspection of equipment arrived onsite verifies the documents (Release Notes, Inspection Release Certificate, IFC Drawings) and ensure no damaged, check and accepted by client prior for installation.
· Preservation inspection of Rotating Equipment as per vendor specification.
· Conduct Inspection for pre installation of Rotating Equipment as per required IFC Drawings.
· Verifies the position (Orientation) of Equipment during erection in accordance with costumer approved Drawings Issued for Construction.
