Job Description : Company Our client is an international consultancy providing free risk consultancy services. They are currently looking for Fire Protection Design Engineer to be based Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking for an Emergency Response Consultant to be based in Riyadh/ Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Duties & Responsibilities: Review and evaluate the current Organization Emergency Response and Command System for compliance to SAF 20 Directives and NFPA 1600. Perform a technical study via field evaluation, site, and virtual collaboration to develop a Fire & Life safety Program and Fire Emergency Services Organization in accordance with applicable HCIS, SEC and NFPA codes and standards. Develop, and draft Emergency Response program policy, plans, procedures, and work instructions based on evaluations site specific requirements, facilities, equipment, staff, hazards, and response objectives to be integrated into the Facility Emergency Response Program Management System in accordance with SAF Directives and NFPA Codes and Standards. Provide knowledge transfer activities and workshops to Emergency Response Team (ERT) members Develop Specifications of Fire trucks, tools, equipment and Fire materials, fire crews Provide subject matter expertise, providing detailed technical reports that document actual findings and recommendations to fulfill compliance with the requirements of the HCIS SAF directives Qualification & Requirements: 15+ years of experience in fire and emergency management and experience at large industrial facilities Knowledge / experience with fire and life safety design of power generation facilities Understanding and working experience of American Codes (NFPA and ICC/IFC) Fire Officer Professional Experience with HSE/OSHA / ISO BSc Fire Protection Engineering NEBOSH Fire Certificate and Risk management NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS)
