Responsibilities
Help guide technical design across backend and frontend
Evaluate technical architecture and ensure performance and efficiency
Evaluate various technical tools to see if they fit the need of the team (new software, APIs, etc.)
Break up large problems into smaller tasks that can be worked on by the team
Skills
5 years of experience with programming languages such as Java or PHP
3 years of experience with cloud computing services such as AWS
5 years of experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or Redshift
Experience with breaking down large problems into smaller tasks
Experience with drawing architectural diagrams in tools like Lucidchart
5 years of experience working with Json APIs
Experience with Agile development and Jira
Experience working across backend, frontend, design, and QA teams
