ROLE PURPOSE:
The objective of this position is to exceed sales target for various product categories and build a robust order pipeline and customer base. Maintain optimal stock level and ensure proper display.
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Providing excellent customer service and ensure warm welcome to walk-in customer in showroom
Processing transactions quickly and accurately
Ensuring high rate of sales conversion to achieve targets given for the period
Providing information with regards to warranty and service support to the customer.
Maintaining eye-catching effective displays within the store. Merchandise the showroom - price tags, products description, POSM etc.
Promote allied brand sales
Minimum Qualifications,Experience and Knowledge:
Diploma / Degree
4+ years of relevant experience with good knowledge of Watches
