Sales Manager – Food Distribution & FMCG Division

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities across supermarkets, groceries, restaurants, and catering sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication, quality service, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and action plans to meet business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the food or FMCG industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented mindset.

In-depth knowledge of the Omani food market, including retail, HORECA, and distribution channels.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools (CRM systems preferred).

Valid driving license (own car is an advantage).

Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
