· PRAN BRAND is looking for Sales Supervisor capable to lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales targets and goals, creating sales development plans, analyzing data, assigning sales routes & territories.
· Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets and developing processes that drive sales.
· Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Design and implement an strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong product coverage in the market
· Assess current sales & distribution processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
· Recruit, hire and train sales team, coaching and monitoring the performance of sales representatives
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
